Free measure and quote. We come to you, measure properly, check the subfloor, and talk through what will and won’t work in your house. No obligation and no pressure.
Supply. Once you’ve chosen, we order through our trade accounts and coordinate delivery. Timber is acclimatised on site before installation — this isn’t optional, particularly in Main Ridge where conditions can shift quickly.
Installation. Our installers handle subfloor preparation, the install itself, trims and transitions, and the clean-up. Work is completed to Australian Standards.
Aftercare. We’ll tell you how to look after it — which is usually simpler than people expect, and mostly about grit control at the door.
